In keeping with the Dignity Health core values assists physicians patients and staff in medical records maintenance and retrieval. Analyzes all medical records

**Qualifications**

**M** **inimum Requirements:**

+ High School education or equivalent

**Preferred:**

+ One year Medical Records experience

+ Accredited Records Technician or Registered Record Administrator

+ Completion of Medical Terminology course

**Special Skills:**

+ Knowledge of computers and terminal digit filing systems

+ Ability to follow oral and written instruction

+ Ability to communicate effectively with medical staff patients and employees directly and on the telephone

+ Ability to maintain confidentiality of materials contained in the medical record

+ Ability to follow directions and provide complete clear and concise documentation of work performed

**Pay Range**

$24.07 - $30.31 /hour
