Dignity Health Mercy San Juan Medical Center is a 370-bed not-for-profit Level 2 Trauma Center located in Carmichael California serving the areas of north Sacramento County and south Placer County for more than 50 years. **Responsibilities**

The Client Relations Executive is the voice of the customer. The Client Relations Executive observes and reports trends, changes, and new opportunities to assist Health at Home with planning and executing business strategies. The position maintains and grows current market share and grows new sources of business sufficient to support the business plan. Depending on which business unit is assigned, the primary customers are managed care organizations within the region, entities within the region wishing to purchase transportation services, and other health care providers or hospital systems that may become partners in provider networks.

**Qualifications**

**Experience:**

Minimum of one year of related sales experience. (1 year)

Experience in a healthcare/medical field or patient transportation preferred.

**Education:**

Health care professional credential, Bachelors degree or comparable business experience required.

Bachelor’s Degree - Health care professional credential, Bachelors degree or comparable business experience required.

**Special Skills:**

Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent verbal and written communication. Excellent sales, customer service and persuasive abilities; ability to build trusting relationships and gain commitment for referrals. Strong initiative, goal orientation and follow through.

Working knowledge of the health care industry and business unit segment of industry preferred.

**Pay Range**

$34.50 - $48.73 /hour
