This role is Monday - Friday 8 hours shifts and is based from home but will require flexibility to attend community meetings and events in person. **This role is hybrid remote for candidates living in Northern Colorado only.** In this position you will responsibility will be to:

+ Place students for their clinical rotations within all different student types.

+ Manage all onboarding guidelines including compliance/badging access.

+ Understand the student pipeline for Western Division and work with leader to identify areas of high demand need.

+ Collaborate with leaders in NOCO to continue developing relationships between BCHC team, facilities, and academic partners.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position develops tools, processes and resources that lead to positive student experiences to promote student engagement and conversion to hire. Works collaboratively within a team of cross-regional counterparts to coordinate efforts, focus support where needed and share best practices. Tracks student Exp data, analyzes trends and identifies opportunities for improvement. Provides education to leaders on tools and processes. Serves as point of contact and responds to Student experience inquiries related to measures, analysis, support and interventions. Will be responsible for full cycle management of a variety of student programs, as assigned, student or educational programs including but not limited to grants, scholarships, internships, academic partnerships, and others related to the student experience. This position will participate in process improvement with all core functions as a part of Banner Center for Health Careers through identifying and implementing operating improvement & efficiencies.

CORE FUNCTIONS

1. Performs standard assignments within own job functions. Expanding knowledge of fundamental theories, practices, procedures, and concepts within the job’s function.

2. Identifies and solves a range of problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions and assesses each using established procedures. Analyzes developments in the field for others.

3. Responds to non-standard requests from internal and/or external customers; investigates with assistance from others, as needed. Interacts primarily with department peers, supervisor, internal customers, patients and physicians.

4. Makes decisions within guidelines and policies that impact own priorities and allocation of time to meet deadlines.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess a knowledge of business or management, communication, healthcare, as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor’s degree in business, communication, management or related field or equivalent working knowledge.

Moderate experience, typically gained through two to four years relevant experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent planning, problem-solving, analysis and research abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous healthcare experience preferred.

Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
