Arion Care Solutions is looking for a BCBA Supervisor (Center Based) -- West Valley area of AZ with the following qualifications:
*** This position requires a Monday-Thursday shift from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm ***
*** Sign-On Bonus up to $5,000 ***
*** Paid BCBA certification and licensure and AzABA Membership ***
*Billable Requirements: 15 billable hours per week with Quarterly Bonus Opportunities!*

This includes guiding clients through the intake process, conducting thorough assessments, implementing effective treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, managing essential center operations, and providing supportive team supervision. The BCBA Supervisor is an integral part of our Clinical Services team and reports directly to the Clinical Director.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
1+ year experience in direct and supervisory ABA Program Implementation
Applicant would be needed to obtain Prevention and Support, Article 9 and 8-hour supervision training upon hire
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to physically assist members as needed including lifting/transferring up to 50 lbs.
Ability to walk, kneel, stand and bend in order to assist members with activities of daily living
Patience; Ability to exercise restraint and self-control in potentially high stress, challenging situations
Ability to quickly respond to health, safety and emergency situations
Ability to effectively execute all positions highlighted in Prevention and Support Training
