Licensed Vocational Nurse & Registered Nurse

Maxim offers comprehensive training to all of our nurses to ensure that our nurses are confident in providing one-on-one care in the patient’s home. Position Details:

+ Patient 1: Adult: Wednesday’s & Thursday’s 8:00am-4:00pm

+ Patient 2: Adult: Friday’s 6:00am-6:00pm

The essential nursing tasks for these patient may include:

+ Enteral Feed Placement

+ Tracheostomy

Qualifications of the RN/LPN :

Proper standing license (RN/LPN) in the state in which the clinician will practice

Current CPR certification

Willing to provide in home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents

Willing to do in-office training and orientations

Must be able to complete competency tests before working one-on-one in a patients home

Responsibilities of the RN/LPN:

One to one patient care in a home and/or school environment

Deliverance of prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care

Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies

Patient assessments, coordination of care

Health, promotion, teaching, and training of family members
