Job Description
Reservations (2:20 minute inbound call)
Answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents. Up sell/Close sales transactions. Consistently achieve revenue goals. Provide quality customer service.
Job Requirements: Possess fluency in English. Demonstrate good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Work flexible shifts that may include evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Minimum of 1 year of recent customer service experience in a call center environment
Must be able to sit at a desk for long periods of time
Must be able to type at least 25 words per minute
Must be computer literate and able to pass a computer competency test
Must be willing to submit to a drug test and BG check
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must pass BWI required assessment tests. Must be able to type 25 wpm Must have some customer service experience.
Must have high speed internet (25mb download, 5 upload) with Cox, Century Link, Verizon, or T-Mobile internet.
Must be able to hardwire internet with ethernet cable - (25-foot cable provided but can buy up to 50 ft.)
Interview Information Candidates are prescreened and given assessments (typing test and customer service survey)
Candidates are required to complete a recorded IOI with recruiter and answering lockdown questions.
Schedule Ranges:
(AM) 4:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.Sun - Sat
(MID) 8:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.Sun - Sat
(PM) 12:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. Sun - Sat
Schedules will be determined by a random order shift bid after the 1st week of training; but, business needs will determine schedule assignments. Days off will be consecutive and will have same start and finish time every day.
