Thirsty Lion's mission is to evolve the gastropub business by creating a place where friends and family can come together, celebrate life and enjoy hand-crafted food, beer, and cocktails.
Our managers and employees share this one simple philosophy: We train our employees to exceed the expectations of our guests by engaging them, tailoring their service, and working as a team. Our training encompasses all aspects of enhancing the guest experience; from the high-energy atmosphere when a guest arrives, to assisting the guests with their menu selections. We hire people that are friendly, take pride in what they do, and share a passion for taking care of every guest.
Starting with applying, a hiring manager for each location will review candidates, schedule in-person interviews, and extend offers. Explanation of our Brand Standards and dress code expectations are highlighted. Our corporate HR Assistant will individually reach out to assist in the electronic onboarding process. This is to ensure all candidates have completed their new hire paperwork before they begin training in the restaurant.
