We are a non-profit, US-based provider of contact center and collegiate workforce solutions with a mission to help students graduate with little to no debt and the skills you need to secure careers post-graduation. We do this by providing quality contact center and back office support positions on behalf of Fortune 500 companies where you can gain valuable career readiness skills.
EAW contact centers are designed to cultivate a positive and empowering atmosphere. Building Brighter Futures Fulfilling the EAW mission depends on the success of clients who recognize energetic, tech-savvy college students are the key to creating strong contact center partnerships. EAW strives to place student success at the core of the EAW mission. EAW strongly believes in the transformative power of higher education, and continues to develop a company culture which consistently reinforces lifelong learning. Each staff member shares a responsibility to contribute to the development of the workforce’s personal, educational and professional growth. EAW promotes a comfortable and collaborative environment valuing the ideas and creativity of EAW students. EAW partners with leading universities and forward-thinking companies to employ these college students in a variety of customer support positions – in campus centers or at client sites. Since 2012, EAW has diversified their client portfolio by partnering with top US-based companies within technology, communications, e-commerce, healthcare and financial services.
A Competitive Wage + Tuition Assistance Students can gain a competitive wage plus the opportunity to earn up to $5,250 in tuition assistance per year. Tuition assistance accrual is based on the following factors: hours worked, attendance, job performance and college semester GPA. Career Skills + Student Support Students will benefit from support services such as gaining career-readiness skills, learning management technology and taking certification programs. Students will be prepared to enter the full-time job market with a resume-worthy job and the career-ready skills to succeed. A Focus On Academics Students can work around their class schedules while working part-time on behalf of leading U.S. companies. EAW offers opportunities which enhance higher education – helping students gain soft skills to complement their career paths.
Online Application & Assessment When students get excited to work with EAW, they complete an online application and cognitive assessment. The application includes an essay, screening questions, and availability form. Phone Screen EAW loves the art of conversation. Students are contacted to learn what motivates them and why they are the best fit for EAW and clients. Interview When students are green-lighted from the EAW initial phone screen, they are invited for an in-person interview with one of EAW’s Student Success Specialists.
