Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between clients as needed. Must be dependable and punctual. Must be able to work independently in a home-like setting. Has the ability to pass background checks and obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance. Has ability to communicate both verbal and written in English (Spanish is a plus). Must be eager to learn and be coachable.

After completing our user-friendly online application, one of our Human Resources Recruitment Coordinators will set up an interview at the local office. Subsequent to signing the offer letter and passing the background checks, our Training Coordinators will ensure all candidates are properly trained to enter the field.
