Position Summary:

The Material Handler I supports the foundational operations of the department through accurate work order kitting, inventory handling, and basic receiving and shipping tasks. Working under supervision, this role ensures timely movement and organization of materials while learning standard processes and building versatility across all warehouse functions.

Job Duties:

+ Kit parts and components for assembly and various other departments based on first-in-first-out (FIFO) priority.

+ Accurately pull inventory stock items based on number, size, quantity, and quality requirements.

+ Ensure timely delivery of kitted work orders to assembly and stock materials in designated areas to meet production needs.

+ Keep record of completed work orders.

+ Track and oversee stock replenishment of components and raw material.

+ Perform basic labeling, packaging, and internal transfers.

+ Operate counting scales and use basic measurement tools.

+ Perform basic receiving tasks such as counting incoming parts, verifying quantities, and logging under supervision.

+ Assist with packaging of finished goods and processing basic domestic shipments under supervision.

+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace utilizing 5S Lean methodology.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience Requirements:

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ 6-12 months of warehouse or production experience.

+ Basic computer and terminal skills.

Health/Safety Requirements:

+ Must adhere to proper materials handling procedures using personal protective equipment which will include, but is not limited to, protective eye wear, gloves, and hair/beard nets.

+ Must maintain a high level of health and safety standards.

Physical Requirements:

+ Requires standing and walking for long periods of time, lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 25 pounds, bending, reaching, kneeling, and crouching.

Other Requirements:

+ May occasionally work in and out of a clean room environment.

+ May require overtime hours on weekdays or weekends, when applicable and planned for.

+ Requires team members to be flexible in cross-training and developing skills to assist in all areas of the department.

**Responsibilities**

Leads cross functional teams and provides consultative support on complex logistics issues across Mayo Clinic. Responsible for overall management and performance of the operations, direct customer relations, information technology input, quality, and security. The Logistics Manager is accountable for achieving Mayo Clinic objectives, productivity standards, and cost control goals. Manages high level analytical and technical information to plan and execute supply chain management best practices utilizing LEAN Six Sigma principles. Responsible for effective human resource management. The manager will create and maintain an efficient, cost-effective program. Included but not limited to inventory control, shipping, storage, receiving, distribution, transportation, warehousing, and data/information management. Additionally, the manager will support product standardization initiatives and Mayo Clinic objectives to reduce costs, to achieve operational efficiency, and to ensure clinical availability of supplies.

**Contract & Relationship Management**

+ Ensure the 3PL provider is meeting performance metrics, service-level agreements (SLAs), and cost expectations

+ Negotiate contract terms, renewals, and improvements in logistics services

+ Act as the liaison between our organization and the 3PL to resolve issues and align goals

**On-Site Operational Oversight**

+ Monitor daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient receiving, picking, packing, and shipping

+ Coordinate with inventory management to maintain accurate stock levels

**Performance & Process Optimization**

+ Analyze KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and transportation costs

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business or related field with a minimum of eight (8) years' in a progressively more responsible role with specific experience in supply chain logistics, which includes three years' previous lead, project lead or supervisor experience; Or, Master's in Business Administration, Health Science, or related discipline with a minimum of five (5) years' in a progressively more responsible role with specific experience in supply chain logistics, which includes one (1) year previous lead, project lead or supervisor experience. Summary This position is located at the Kayenta Health Center, Division of Administration Services, General Services Branch. Kayenta Health Center provides a wide range of clinical services such as OB/GYN, Prenatal, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics, Optometry, Dental, Counseling, Physical Therapy and Inpatient Services. The incumbent is responsible for preforming a wide range of activities in supply management program. Responsibilities Please ensure you answer all questions and follow all instructions carefully. The incumbent: Receives, unloads and processes incoming shipments assembles items into groups based on information shown on the freight bills and receiving documents, and separates supplies according to such factors as conditions of shipment, type of shipment or property class and routes along appropriate processing lines. Maintains warehouse and storeroom supplies; routinely, manually stores, stacks, palletizes, arranges and rotates warehouse stock and storeroom items using the first in, first out, method when rotating supplies. Unloads various sizes, weights and types of shipment off freight and courier services. Checks shipping address of shipment upon deliverance. Visibly checks incoming shipment for damages, leaks or any signs of deterioration to determine acceptance or rejection. Are you looking to be an owner in the planning of one of the fastest-growing last-mile providers for Amazon? This role is focused on the creation, execution, and management of Capacity Planning for Rural Super Rural (RSR).

What is RSR?

Rural Super Rural (RSR) is an emerging organization that executes delivery of small parcel and heavy/bulky packages in rural communities across North America. We merge multiple service types to enhance the customer experience in communities which we don't currently service, including scheduled delivery of bulky freight and customer-facing services to accept customer returns.

The Role:

The Capacity Planning Supply Chain Manager is responsible for collecting critical business inputs from downstream partners on On the Road (OTR) and Under the Roof (UTR) capacities to deliver an end-to-end 17-week volume plan. This role will be responsible for maximizing station outputs, ensuring strict planning accuracy, and balancing upstream volume attainment and share of all Amazon parcels in the service area. They will be responsible for multiple regions and sites across North America and will interface with multi-level leadership to drive planning success and triage sites which are underperforming. They will closely work with North America Transportation and Supply Chain stakeholders to balance volume across their territories and work to identify and solve volume flow issues related to capacity, middle mile connections, and configuration errors. The Capacity Planner will drive last-mile volume share between Amazon FLEX and Delivery Service Providers to precisely estimate the shipments per route and delivery performance using historical trend analytics and future forecasting models. The success of the sites within the network depends on the Capacity Planner to ensure costs and capacity are optimized to produce a quality experience for internal and external Amazon stakeholders.

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Create, optimize, and solicit the bi-weekly capacity plan for their territory and gain alignment with downstream partners before publishing the final plan into the planning systems

- Drive innovation in planning tools and develop impact statements to Amazon Metrics for deviations in plan or actual performance

- Lead alignment discussions with down and upstream partners to earn trust in the planning execution process

- Influence tools and system changes with BI and Tech teams and participate in the tool roadmaps in OP1 and OP2

- Develop weekly dashboards on site level performances and deliver resolutions for sites out of planning tolerance

- Maintain a high bar for planning accuracy and drive changes to planning inputs when stations are outside of performance tolerance

- Engage with other Amazon businesses and partners to improve planning accuracy

- Travel Domestically up to 20%

Basic Qualifications

- 2+ years of program or project management experience

- 1+ years of supply chain experience

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology

- Experience in MS Access and SQL

- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document

+ Pulling and packing parts, service repair and working with shipments.

+ Gather, prepare, and package accessory panels, grilles for over 5,000 parts.

+ Knowledge of where parts are stocked and where to retrieve parts.

+ Loading and unloading/shipping and receiving.

+ Handle different packaging materials used for shipping – this includes working with foamers, when working with doors, must receive in product, clean, package, appropriately label, complete bill of ladings, and arrange for transportation to ensure door is shipped to location where needed.

+ UPS, RPS, and LTL Manifest Operator will separate packages according to carrier, enter customer file information and maintain this information for accurate order processing of outgoing service parts.

+ UPS, RPS, and LTL Manifest Operator will also need good number processing skills, ability to work with computer, and able to work in a fast-paced work environment.

+ Travel as needed.
