The Maintenance Technician role is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing processing and packaging equipment, along with distribution systems through a broad knowledge base of manufacturing skills in electrical, controls, and mechanical disciplines, involving work of varied nature with minimum supervision, resulting in efficient and reliable operation of plant facilities.
Full-time opportunity on Night Shift (06:00 PM – 06:30 AM) on a 2-2-3 rotation with every other weekend off.

Key responsibilities for this position include
+ Willing to work a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 rotation.
+ Perform and follow all OSHA guidelines regarding work and safety manuals
+ Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment as scheduled.
+ Daily oiling, greasing & inspection of production and production support equipment
+ Service and rebuild pumps and valves
+ Diagnose and repair electrical, panel controls, and mechanical problems in manufacturing equipment.
+ Perform routine inspections of operating equipment and initiate preventative maintenance programs to ensure the reliable and safe operator of equipment is sustained.
+ Troubleshoot control circuitry including PLC hardware.
+ Demonstrated ability to work with high voltage equipment, including troubleshooting and understanding electrical prints.
+ Routinely dismantle, repair, and reassemble complex equipment as needed to maintain optimum efficiency.
+ Complete routine paperwork such as PM work orders, recording inspection results, logging emergency work orders, recording parts used from inventory, and recording necessary readings on log sheets in an accurate and timely manner.
+ Keep technical skills current through training and education and deliver training to others on areas of competency.
+ Work in a safe and professional manner demonstrating positive attitude and professional demeanor in the performance of daily work.

+ Basic working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.

**The Opportunity**
Responsible for the accurate and timely sampling, testing, shipping and storage of plasma collected from donors.
You will report to the Assistant Center Manager.
**The Role**
+ In compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), responsible for collecting plasma samples and moving plasma units to freezer to ensure product quality.
+ Ensure plasma units are properly stored according to SOPs, which could include unsuitable plasma units and samples.
+ Ensures accuracy of unit labeling by verifying the pre-printed label matches the dynamic label.
+ Utilize sterile technique to draw samples and use heat sealer to assure the sterility and quality of plasma unit samples per SOPs.
+ May ensure samples and units are packed and shipped in accordance with SOPs and center procedures. Prepares shipping and unit disposal documentation.
+ Monitor freezer and refrigerator temperatures and immediately informs appropriate personnel if equipment is not functioning properly. Records variances.
+ Conduct daily calibration of equipment according to SOPs.
+ Ensure the accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system as outlined in the SOPs.
+ Understand the policies and procedures associated with hyper immune programs at the center if applicable.
+ Maintains clean efficient work environment, and ensures sufficient operating supplies and forms are available as needed. Follows all Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies and procedures. Promotes safety in all actions.
+ Maintain confidentiality of all personnel, donor and center information.
+ May be cross-trained in other areas to meet the needs of the business.
