    Job Requirements

    We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to work remotely (work from home) in customer sales and support with the desire to work a part time schedule. As a Sales & Reservations Agent, you will work within defined guidelines, including scripting and reading customer advisories, to facilitate the reservation process for customers through needs-based, inbound sales calls.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    + Identifies and confirms the customer’s moving needs and finds needs-based solutions by matching the available products or services with the customer’s needs.

    + Recommends new or alternate products and services that might be of interest to the customer, or cross-selling products and services.

    + Learn and sell the benefits of doing business with U-Haul.

    + Maintains a high level of customer service and satisfaction and demonstrates commitment to quality through positive and upbeat customer interactions.

    Minimum Experience:

    + Ability to prioritize and multi-task, including navigating through and using multiple business applications.

    Job Description

    Responsible for understanding the basic tenets of spa, salon and pool cabana services and integrating that knowledge with Selective Selling Techniques to sell the right services to the right customers at the right rate.

    Responsibilities

    The Spa Reservations Agent books spa treatments, salon services, pool reservations, and more. Spa Reservations Agent provide expert knowledge about our Spa offerings to our guests. They spend time answering all inquiries in a professional, courteous and efficient manner and attempt to secure a guaranteed reservation whenever possible. They generate revenue through suggestive selling.

    + Answer all phone calls promptly and in a courteous manner.

    + Be knowledgeable of spa including basic service treatments, rates and any other information necessary to answer guest inquiries.

    + Be knowledgeable of current rates, marketing specials, resort operations and other information necessary to answer guest inquiries.

    + Have a complete working knowledge of the reservation activity functions in the spa.

    + Be aware at all times of the selling status of the spa.

    + Secure all required information from the guest when making a reservation.

    + Understand and follow reservation policy pertaining to guarantees, cancellations and no-shows and communicate them clearly to each guest.

    + Follow up on any guest requests to ensure satisfaction in a friendly and professional service style.

    + Handle daily correspondence; respond to inquiries and make reservations as needed, maintain correspondence files, mail out brochures as requested.

    + Be aware of and adhere to the rules and regulation of the Spa and the Reservations department.

    + Participate in departmental meetings assisting in development of daily operations and the overall reservation department and related areas.

    + Create and maintain positive relationships with all other departments and know how they relate to the reservations department.

    Qualifications

    + Previous Spa and/or hotel/resort reservations experience preferred

    + High School Diploma required

    + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
