    **Responsibilities**

    Leads cross functional teams and provides consultative support on complex logistics issues across Mayo Clinic. Responsible for overall management and performance of the operations, direct customer relations, information technology input, quality, and security. The Logistics Manager is accountable for achieving Mayo Clinic objectives, productivity standards, and cost control goals. Manages high level analytical and technical information to plan and execute supply chain management best practices utilizing LEAN Six Sigma principles. Responsible for effective human resource management. The manager will create and maintain an efficient, cost-effective program. Included but not limited to inventory control, shipping, storage, receiving, distribution, transportation, warehousing, and data/information management.     The Role:

    The Capacity Planning Supply Chain Manager is responsible for collecting critical business inputs from downstream partners on On the Road (OTR) and Under the Roof (UTR) capacities to deliver an end-to-end 17-week volume plan. This role will be responsible for maximizing station outputs, ensuring strict planning accuracy, and balancing upstream volume attainment and share of all Amazon parcels in the service area. They will be responsible for multiple regions and sites across North America and will interface with multi-level leadership to drive planning success and triage sites which are underperforming. They will closely work with North America Transportation and Supply Chain stakeholders to balance volume across their territories and work to identify and solve volume flow issues related to capacity, middle mile connections, and configuration errors. The Capacity Planner will drive last-mile volume share between Amazon FLEX and Delivery Service Providers to precisely estimate the shipments per route and delivery performance using historical trend analytics and future forecasting models.
