**Engineering Technician - Manufacturing (Evenings)**
Location: Chandler, AZ (100% onsite)
Contract Duration: Up to 18 months
Contract Type: W2 through Staffing Supplier
Hours: Wednesday - Friday, every other Saturday 6:00pm - 6:00am
Pay Rate: $40/hr
**_***Training for this role will be done on dayshift (first 3 - 4 weeks). After training, the employee will move to evening shift hours as defined above._**
Engineering Technicians operate complex equipment and analytical tools in an ESD environment. Multi-tasked responsibilities may include minor preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, non-standard processing and problem-solving, as well as actual processing of state-of-the-art device.
Primary job responsibilities are to run testing tools similar to validation testing in a specific functional area. Technicians work 12-hour shifts and spend most of their time standing to perform the work. Some, if not all, tasks performed require repetitive motion to an extent. Candidate should have good knowledge of using SW such as Microsoft Windows, Office Outlook, Excel, and Word. Candidate must have good communication skills, must be flexible, pay attention to detail and good problem-solving ability is a must. Candidate must be a self-starter, capable of managing own activities as well as supporting team activities.
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field is required.
• 1 yr + work experience in Semiconductor cleanroom or in Validation testing or in any Semiconductor testing area is required.
• Candidate must have good knowledge of MS Office (including Outlook).

+ Lead the planning, design and permitting of civil engineering, land development and infrastructure projects. Coordinates and provides client communication;
+ Design and oversee site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control, etc. from concept through completion;
+ Develop new clients for the firm and maintain relationships with existing clients;
+ Perform and manage multiple projects and tasks within specific budgets, schedules, and deadlines. Monitors budgets, schedules, and project timelines. Minimizes write-offs by keeping projects on budget;
+ Report and proposal writing. Write and review draft reports, including feasibility studies, stormwater management reports, technical specifications, and utility reports;
+ Provide expertise in hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and design including SWPPP preparation and water quality compliance;
+ Work closely with office leadership to develop growth plans and ensure staff utilization; and

Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
+ Valid Professional Engineer license;
+ 6+ years of related site/civil land development experience;
+ Knowledge of local city, county and state land use processes and regulations;
+ Strong client development, client communication, client management abilities, and ability to develop new work;
+ Site/civil experience on a variety of project sites including the ability to design site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control, etc. from concept through completion;
+ Demonstrated ability effectively managing projects from concept through construction documents;
+ Self-starter with the ability to manage, motivate, mentor and lead others;
+ Ability to work well on multi-disciplinary projects;

Job Responsibilities
+ Assist with the planning, design and permitting of civil engineering, land development and infrastructure projects;
+ Assist with the preparation and modification of various engineering documents including reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, cost estimates and design plans for projects using engineering and design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.) and equipment;
+ Effectively use reports, maps, drawings, engineering plans, test and aerial photographs to assess soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics and topographical and geologic data and their impact on the planning and design of projects;
+ Recommend new approaches and ideas that continuously improve efficiency and services performed;
+ Apply knowledge and techniques of engineering and advanced mathematics;
+ Collaborate with team members on project tasks and assignments; and
+ Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
+ 1+ years’ experience;
+ Minimum 3.0 GPA;
+ EIT Certification or current registration for the FE exam;
+ Prior relevant internship or professional experience in site/civil design, including site planning, grading, stormwater management, drainage, and soil erosion;
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
+ Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities; and
+ Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.

Overview:
INTECON is seeking experienced Engineering Technicians to provide technical support to the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG) at Davis-Monthan AFB. This role is part of a broader requirement to augment and advise the AMARG organic engineering team. Selected candidates will support the execution and documentation of engineering and maintenance activities related to process orders, facilities projects, industrial process control (IPC), and engineering change management.
All engineering efforts will be conducted in accordance with AFSCMAN 21-102_OO-ALCSUP, AFSCI 21-402, and all applicable engineering and maintenance directives.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist government and contractor engineers in drafting process orders, identifying production constraints, and ensuring processes meet customer requirements.
+ Support design, analysis, improvement, and monitoring of the AMARG “production machine,” including layout of equipment, materials, and workspaces.
+ Provide support on facility-related projects such as shop layout planning, reliability management, repair assessments, and preventive maintenance analysis.
+ Contribute to facility repairs, alterations, new construction, and equipment installations.
+ Interpret engineering documents and perform research and analysis to assist in the development of Statements of Work (SOWs), process orders, and technical documentation.
Clearance Requirements:
+ Active SECRET or Interim SECRET security clearance is required at the time of application.

Qualifications:
