Job Title: Windows Systems Administrator (Patch Management) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Windows Systems Administrator with expertise in patch management to maintain, secure, and optimize our IT infrastructure. This role involves managing Windows servers, applying system updates, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with security standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows Server administration, WSUS, SCCM, PowerShell scripting, and vulnerability management. This is a short-term role that has the possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities: Patch Management: Implement and maintain patching processes for Windows servers and workstations. Incident & Problem Management: Respond to and resolve system incidents and service requests in a timely manner. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for system failures and implement preventive measures. Provide technical support and guidance to other IT teams. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Windows workstations and server administration and patch management. Proficiency in WSUS, SCCM, Tanium, or other patch management tools. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and PowerShell scripting. Experience with vulnerability management tools such as Tenable Nessus and Tanium. Vice President, Lead Information Security Analysis: This position is responsible in driving the organization’s enterprise security strategy across cloud environments, multi-factor authentication (MFA) and modern authentication mechanisms. The ideal candidate will support the implementation and optimization of authentication solutions, secure cloud infrastructure, and enforcing identity-centric security controls to protect enterprise resources and data. This role requires a strong technical foundation in identity and access management, cloud platform, and secure authentication protocols.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Support and maintain the enterprise security strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.

+ Serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert on one of the security mechanisms (Cloud, MFA, Authentication, Privileged Access)

**Required Qualifications:**

+ 5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

The **Director, Provider Contracting Network Management** serves as an integral member of the Provider Contracting Team and reports to the AVP of Contracting. This role assists in developing the strategic direction and management of the day to day contracting and network management activities for a local given territory.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Manages complex contracting and negotiations for fee for service and value-based reimbursements with hospitals and other providers (e.g., Hospital systems, Ancillaries, and large physician groups).

+ May lead a team with direct reports.

+ Point person for complex projects related to contracting strategy in the market.

+ Builds relationships that nurture provider partnerships and seeks broader value-based business opportunities to support the local market strategy.

+ Initiates and maintains effective channels of communication with matrix partners including but not limited to, Claims Operations, Medical Management. Credentialing, Legal, Medical Economics, Compliance, Sales and Marketing and Service.

+ Manages strategic positioning for provider contracting, develops networks and identifies opportunities for greater value-orientation and risk arrangements.

+ Contributes to the development of alternative network initiatives. Supports and provides direction to develop network analytics required for the network solution.

+ Works to meet unit cost targets, while preserving an adequate network, to achieve and maintain Cigna's competitive position.

+ Creates and manages initiatives that improve total medical cost and quality.

+ Drives change with external provider partners by assessing clinical informatics and offering consultative expertise to assist with total medical cost initiatives.

+ Prepares, analyzes, reviews, and projects financial impact of larger or complex provider contracts and alternate contract terms.

+ Creates “HCP” agreements that meet internal operational standards and external provider expectations. Ensures the accurate implementation, and administration through matrix partners.

+ Leads in resolving elevated and complex provider service complaints. Researches problems and negotiates with internal/external partners/customers to resolve highly complex and/or escalated issues.

+ Manages key provider relationships and is accountable for critical interface with providers and business staff.

+ **Should possess a bachelor degree; preferably in the areas of Finance, Economics, Healthcare or Business related. Significant industry experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor degree. MBA or MHA preferred.**

- Experience with client Logical Partition (LPAR) IBM i Virtual Machines (VMs)

- Experience with IBM i Program Temporary Fixes (PTFs), IBM Power firmware updates (Power 10), patching and upgrading IBM Hardware Management Consoles (HMCs)

- Experience with Virtual Tape Library (VTL) solutions (DSI preferred)

**Summary**

We are looking to hire an experienced network engineer to help design, manage and maintain one of SRP's networks.

Acting as a network engineer, you will be responsible for helping build and deploy the new "greenfield" operations center as well as handling advanced support issues. While the focus of this role is on network layers 1-4 and related infrastructure, the ideal candidate is interested and willing to work with and/or learn within all layers of OSI model, from cabling to application troubleshooting. This position is extremely collaborative and must possess a desire, willingness, and ability to learn new things and help other team members in many areas.

**What It Takes To Succeed**

To ensure success in this position, you should have extensive experience working with enterprise datacenter infrastructure, including switching, routing, firewalls, servers, cabling, backup and restore, etc. In addition, you will be collaborating with other IT teams, and managing the "full stack" of a high performing enterprise level network.

**What You'll Do**

Network Engineer Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to design and implement a secure, functional network

• Rack, cable, and configure networking hardware, including firewalls, Cisco switching, virtual server infrastructure, backup, and remote access solutions

• Deal with escalated network support issues, including occasional off-hours support.

• Understand and adhere to all related NERC CIP requirements

• Report to the HSOC Manager

• This position does require participating in an on-call rotation. Extra pay and overtime policies apply.

Network Engineer Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years cumulative and progressive hands-on experience as a systems administrator, network engineer or similar in an enterprise network environment.

• Experience building out "greenfield" enterprise network systems from the ground up, including configuring brand new equipment, is highly desired.

• Advanced knowledge of network systems including Cisco Nexus routing, Palo Alto firewalls, and knowledge of VMWare server virtualization. Industry certifications in these areas will be highly valued.

• Experience with monitoring an enterprise network and using common monitoring tools like SolarWinds or ScienceLogic.

• Familiarity with network analysis tools and experience troubleshooting network issues

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills

• High level problem-solving and communication skills

• Operational Technology (OT) and/or Utility experience is highly desired

• Ability to work remote or on-site as needed, including various SRP sites (substation and generation). Minimum of 2 days a week in-off/on-site is required, but applicant needs to be available on-site more when work requires it.

Specific experience in the following areas is highly desired:

o Specific network equipment:

 Palo Alto Firewalls

 Cisco Route & Switch technologies (specifically Nexus 9k)

 F5 Load balancers

 Infoblox DNS

o Device event alerting and availability monitoring, specifically with ScienceLogic

o Installation and setup of new and replacement equipment

o ESX/VMWare virtual server infrastructure, including server event log monitoring, alerts, and maintenance

o Directory services (e.g., Active Directory)

o Antivirus Software Support (McAfee, Defender, etc.)

o Server equipment, builds, operating systems, and software

o Fiber and copper cabling, SFP's, QSFP's, etc.

**Experience**

• **For a Level 1 (Associate)** , a minimum of no previous years of experience to two years related experience is required (if no degree, four-six years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling four-six years). • **For a Level 2 (Journey)** , a minimum of two years of experience to four years related experience is required (if no degree, six-eight years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling six-eight years). • **For a Level 3 (Senior)** , a minimum of five years of related experience is required (if no degree, nine years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling nine years).

**Education**

A bachelor’s degree related to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred.
