**Overview**

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is currently seeking a **Senior Network Administrator (WAN)** in **Fort Huachuca, AZ** . The Senior Network Administrator reports to the WAN Branch Manager and monitors WAN network critical infrastructure assets and circuits for the WAN Team.

**Essential Job Duties**

+ Responsible for ensuring the organization's Wide Area Network (WAN) infrastructure and related systems are well maintained, and operate reliably and securely.

+ Perform regular systems and security monitoring, provisioning, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

+ Perform administration, operations, maintenance, and support of WAN infrastructure, routers, firewalls, Ethernet switches and related systems.

+ Responsible for following relevant processes, procedures, and standards.

+ Provide technical support related to assigned systems within their organization and to outside customers as needed.

+ Handle patches and upgrades to ensure that systems are maximally efficient, effective, and secure.

+ Provide support and guidance to junior network staff and may be asked to supervise a shift or team of network administrators.

+ Working within a team environment performing daily management of firewall and other network changes.

+ Providing daily management, troubleshooting, and support of networking related issues, establish and maintain relationships with internal and external users Implementing the necessary tools to proactively troubleshoot and where necessary assist and provide support to third parties to solve network connectivity problems.

+ Working in a team environment to manage the installation of products and resources to meet the needs and requirements of our WAN and LAN network-based services.

+ Optimizing the availability of network system architectures to deliver cost effective improvements that in turn deliver tangible business benefits.

+ Must be willing to participate in 7x24 shift and on call rotation.

+ Maintains technical expertise in all areas of network and computer hardware and software interconnection and interfacing, such as routers, multiplexers, firewalls, hubs, bridges, gateways etc.

+ Deals with pressure and conflict decisively and effectively.

**Minimum Requirements**

+ Active in scope SECRET clearance with T5 investigation or the ability to obtain Interim SECRET T5 eligibility.

+ HS +6 yrs similar technical experience or AA/AS +4, or BS/BA +2.

+ An IAT II certification (CCNA-Security, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) is required.

+ CEH or equivalent within 60 days.

+ Knowledge of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of Cisco Internetworking Devices.

+ Knowledge of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of Juniper Internetworking Devices.

+ Knowledge of Standard Routing Protocols, i.e. EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, etc.

+ Knowledge of TCP/IP ports, protocols, and subnetting.

+ Network fundamentals.

+ Network services such as: DNS, DHCP, NTP, and LDAP.

+ Cybersecurity fundamentals.

+ IT Industry terminology.

+ Advanced troubleshooting and problem solving techniques.

+ Excellent oral and written communication.

Required Qualifications:

o Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline

Protection Specialization:

o Experience creating and reviewing protective relay settings for transmission & distribution utilities, substations, generation facilities, and industrial clients

o Experience including (but not limited to) line, bus, transformer, autotransformer, and feeder relay settings

o Deep level of understanding of zones of protection, instrument transformers, and protective relaying schemes

o Proven hands-on experience with tools like ETAP, Aspen, SKM, coupled with a strong foundation in electrical power systems.

o Experience reviewing design packages including one-lines, three-lines, AC schematics, DC schematics, wiring diagrams, bill of material, SCADA points lists

o Demonstrated ownership of each stage of the settings creation process, calculations, and delivery of high-quality work

Beaverton, OR: $105,900 - $176,500.

Irvine, CA, Vacaville, CA, Lynnwood, WA: $116,100 - $193,300.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) engineers must work across diverse engineering disciplines in support of multiple space system programs. Northrop Grumman E3 engineers deliver valued oversight across all phases of a program from origin to orbit. To meet these challenges at Northrop Grumman an E3 engineer must have a strong aptitude for learning new and exciting innovations and a strong E3 skill set.

+ Writing, interpreting, allocating, tailoring, and flowing down E3 requirements to all design levels.

+ Present at design reviews to internal and external customers regarding E3 issues.

+ Writing E3 design guidelines, developing models and performing analyses on components, subsystems and systems using EMI principles.

+ Designing ground systems, chassis and harness shielding, EMI filters, and selecting and laying out interface circuitry for achieving EMC.

+ Prepare and review E3 test procedures, E3 test reports, E3 technical analyses, E3 control plans, and participate in cross discipline design reviews for EMC.

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a STEM discipline with 14 years of experience.

+ Working knowledge of MIL-STD 461, MIL-STD 464, NASA-GEVS-7000 and other E3 space requirement standards.

+ Demonstrated ability to successfully allocate, tailor, and flowdown system level E3 requirements into lower-level requirements.

+ Extensive E3 design and analysis experience.

+ Working knowledge of lab test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, generators, amplifiers, and measurement antennas.

+ Must have US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, with a specialty in Electromagnetics, RF, or analog circuitry is preferred.

+ Current or active Top Secret Clearance with existing SCI eligibility

+ Experience with defense and aerospace industry practices, and programmatic skills supporting BOE, RFP, ROM, CAM, WBS, Risk assessments for E3 compliance.

+ Design experience with EMI filters, circuit layout and analysis for E3, shielding, lightning protection, cable, and harnessing design.

+ Working knowledge and experience in modeling and simulation of E3 using commercially available software.

**Salary Range:** $142,500 - $247,600

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Job Summary:

This Principal High-Performance Computing (HPC) candidate will provide Raytheon Digital Technology High Performance Computing Administration in a heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environment. Basic Qualifications:

+ Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

+ Must be able to obtain required Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification and an Operating System Certification) within 6 months of hire date.

The Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) includes all of the engineering disciplines responsible for systems design & test with all Raytheon products. Our engineers are responsible for all elements of the development lifecycle for test including: test requirements, test system design, flight simulations, hardware-in-the-loop, computer-in-the-loop, advanced engineering prototyping technology, flight operations for manned and unmanned vehicles, environmental testing, environmental characterization and engineering laboratory management. We are hands-on, designing with the latest technology and tools, and integrate state of the art test solutions with the most advanced engineering systems in the world.

As part of the Test Environment Support Administration (TESA) team, you be working with both leading-edge technologies and legacy systems to support multiple products and programs throughout Raytheon. You will provide Test Equipment (TE) integration, security consultation, troubleshooting, sustainment, and compliance with the ultimate responsibility to maintain test integrity and the availability for our test systems.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

+ Providing Cybersecurity compliance guidance to engineering for production and procurement of TE

+ Supporting Flight Test capabilities and processes for Raytheon test systems

+ Developing Cybersecurity compliant TE (Linux, IOS, Windows)

+ Install software packages/updates to enhance operations and testing of production hardware.

+ Troubleshoot production and development TE to ensure connectivity, functionality, compliance, and test integrity.

+ Collaborate with Digital Technologies to integrate TE to controlled networks or enterprises.

+ Collaborate with Cybersecurity to ensure TE compliance (using tools such as Nessus, Splunk, Ivanti, and locally procured software

+ Collaborate with engineering to ensure changes do not affect the availability or test integrity on the TE

+ Support any and all reviews required prior for implementation of any changes to the TE.

Basic Qualification:

+ Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and eight (8) years of prior relevant experience OR an advance degree in a related field and a minimum 5 years experience .

+ Experience with systems administration of Linux, Networking, and/or Windows (in desktop or server environments).

+ Experience with user account management, software installation and/or technical customer support.

+ The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Master of Science degree in STEM.

+ DoD 8570.01m IAT II certified credentials (Sec+, CISM, CySA+, etc.)

+ Experience working in a DoD Special Access Programs environment.

+ ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

+ Strong knowledge and experience with Windows, Linux (operating systems in desktop and server environments).

+ Excellent troubleshooting ability with all Microsoft Windows and Linux systems to quickly return system to operational status.

+ Strong knowledge and experience of network infrastructure architecture and operation including Active Directory, group policy design, file sharing, NIS, and DNS.

+ Excellent customer service and training skills, including oral and technical written communications.

+ Excellent independent problem-solving ability of hardware/software issues.

+ Knowledge of Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)

+ Experience with Virtualization to include VMWare, Hyper-V, vCenter, vSphere, and ESX computing environments.

+ Demonstrated experience scripting in Windows and Linux to include legacy systems.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. What you'll do...

+ Lead Design and Development of Thermal Systems that meet or exceed Quality, Cost, Weight, and Functional requirements

+ Deliver thermal hardware sets that support program timing and deliverables per GPDS

+ Develop thermal solutions for multiple complex programs concurrently

+ Coordinate with interfacing activities such as Program Management, Program Planning, Purchasing, Engine Systems, Vehicle Engineering, NVH, Controls/Calibration, CAE, Design, TSE/EVEMS, STA and Body Engineering to drive compatible/optimal designs that meet functional and quality targets

+ Analyze CAE and vehicle test data to assess system performance, durability, and efficiency

+ Capture lessons learned from other programs/benchmarking & incorporate into future designs

+ Lead cross functional team meetings and design reviews

+ Provide design direction to CAD team

+ Coordinate system attribute assessments (coolant/refrigerant hydraulics, heater warm-up/defrost and AC performance) with CAE teams

+ Support EVEMS team with thermal related impact studies to vehicle range

As Security Manager, you will work to direct and oversee security operations as defined by leadership and supervise team members through planning and scheduling of work assignments and performance development.
