**Requirements:**

+ 2-3+ years Technical Sales Experience in relevant industry and Associate to Advanced level technical certification in a single domain, preferably Network and/or Collaboration.

+ 5+ years progressive experience as Technical consultant, Technical Specialist, System Engineer, or comparable position performing the duties of this position.

+ Highly skilled with industry standard networking technology from Cisco, etc.

+ Candidates must have a successful track record in sales, preferably in the SLED Arizona market.

**Business Systems Analyst II - Remote**

The Business System Analyst requires a working knowledge and expanded conceptual understanding of the business systems analysis function. They perform a range of technical assignments and solve moderately complex problems under the guidance of established procedures. They may be a liaison between the IT development group and departments to develop new systems and enhancement of existing systems. They receive a moderate level of guidance and direction, improving the quality of their own work and the work of others on the team. Team Gilbert has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Systems Engineer III.

The Systems Engineer reports to the IT Infrastructure Manager. The primary function of this position is to support and maintain enterprise systems in the data center environment (both physical and virtual), work with staff and stakeholders to develop technology strategies that address current and future needs, and advise management of risks to the Town. This position designs, evaluates, and recommends IT solutions, and creates technical documentation. Duties include installing, configuring, and maintaining servers (physical/virtual), administration of the enterprise virtual environment, Public Key Infrastructure, managing and designing enterprise backup/recovery solutions, and support of various technologies. Assisting with customer service requests from the Help Desk as well as other duties as assigned.

This department is currently working in a hybrid environment, with remote work. Modified work privileges are approved at the sole discretion of the department director; as such, the department reserves the right to modify or discontinue modified work arrangements at any point.

Regardless of work location (Remote, On-Site, or Hybrid) Town of Gilbert employees are required to reside in the state of Arizona by hire date.

This position is an At-Will position and is FLSA Exempt – ineligible for overtime compensation.

Salary Range: $92,923.22 - $139,384.83

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or closely related field. However, a non-technical degree can be acceptable if complemented with the appropriate certifications and/or experience;

+ Five years of experience in Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/Group Policy;

+ Three years of experience in Backup and Recovery Solutions, Virtualization Software;

+ Seven years of Information Technology Industry experience;

+ Four years of Enterprise Email Application (Microsoft Exchange) experience;

+ Knowledge of Information Technology best practices and procedures for safeguarding systems/data including Disaster Recovery;

+ Knowledge of Administrating the Microsoft 365 platform;

+ Knowledge of VMware NSX, VMware WorkSpace One, AWS, and AZURE;

+ Ability to pass a PD background check;

+ VMWare VCP Certification Preferred;

+ Microsoft MCP Certification Preferred.

TEKsystems is seeking 1 Remote IP Core Network Engineer to provide Core network configuration and support to our Alaska based ISP.

This will be a contract to hire engagement

This resource will be 100% remote

Ideally we are looking for an expereinced Nokia / ALU specific resource for this position.

Description:

Purpose of Position: Provides expertise and support of the local area IP Core Network including complex client-server environments. The position will provide operational monitoring, support, analysis, and systems administration. Install, configure, and support the organization’s core network by maintaining systems, applications, security, and network configurations. Responsible for the configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of data communications hardware and software. Coordinate, install, test, troubleshoot, upgrade and maintain the network.

+ Maintain the company’s systems, wireless data/IP and core network environment by providing operational support for the company’s core IP, MPLS, Carrier Ethernet and Data/IP network systems.

Technical support for incident resolution related to wireless telecommunication technologies, including a growing 5G network.

Incidents range from total outages to chronic intermittent issues causing a reduction of service in accordance with design criteria and quality goals.

Essential Duties of All Levels in the Position:

• Project work relating to platform growth and support.

• Change Management and management plans

• Configuration and troubleshooting of Nokia , Cisco, Brocade, and Juniper IP/MPLS routers and switches.

• Working independently and/or in teams with little or no supervision required, providing primary support responsibility for multiple network platforms.

• Management of network resources

• Reviewing facilities utilization and performance.

• Creating and auditing network and systems documentation.

• Inventory tracking and maintenance, reports ensuring network elements meet expected life cycle/s.

• Performs daily operational checks and preventative maintenance on all associated equipment.

• Compile and generate statistical/traffic & network performance reports including bandwidth usage. Identify the bottleneck on associated IP links

• Responsible to perform system software and hardware upgrades working with Engineering.

• Working closely with Engineers and other company business groups to resolve problems affecting customers. Ensure compliance with network SLAs.

• Tracks repair parts and materials according to established procedures.

• Installs, configures and supports the company’s local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and internet systems, or a segment of a network system.

• Monitors network to ensure network availability to all system users and may perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.

• Responsible for direct customer communication and Tier I and Tier II escalation support.

• May monitor and test site performance to ensure sites operate correctly and without interruption.

• Supports in-network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software.

• Administer / perform network security measures.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

• Must be able to handle moderate levels of stress while demonstrating excellent interpersonal and professional interaction skills with customers and other employees.

• Experience managing large network platforms.

• Demonstrated working experience in the use of Visio.

• Understanding of standard wide area concepts such as routing, multicasting, broadcasting, duplex and half-duplex, reliability and testing, high availability, security and standards.

• Experience with SNMP based network management systems, configuration and operation strongly recommended.

• Demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills, able to effectively document procedures and technical processes.

• Experience with Remedy, Metasolv, Statseeker, Cacti, Cisco Prime, and X-windows configuration and operation is strongly recommended.

• Ongoing skill development is required to help achieve best MTTR (Mean time to repair) and assist in network optimization

PNC is looking to add a BSA to help drive projects and initiatives within their Site Reliability Center (SRC). The SRC currently has multiple work sets in Incident Management, problem, etc. We also have additional work focused on prevention, proactive work sets to stabilize the environment. SOS International LLC (SOSi) is currently seeking a **Senior Network Administrator (WAN)** in **Fort Huachuca, AZ** . The Senior Network Administrator reports to the WAN Branch Manager and monitors WAN network critical infrastructure assets and circuits for the WAN Team.

**Essential Job Duties**

Boise, ID, Pullman, WA, Provo, UT, Phoenix AZ: $100,900 - $168,100.

Beaverton, OR: $105,900 - $176,500.

Irvine, CA, Vacaville, CA, Lynnwood, WA: $116,100 - $193,300.

Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. The pay range may differ in other locations based on cost of labor. We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
