As a Sr. Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business. You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Locust Grove, GA location. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.

Days/Shift: Employees will work Night Shift (7pm to 7:30am) on a 3/4 schedule. Will Work 3 days on 4 days off then 4 days on 3 days off and every other Saturday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers

• Provide advanced technical support and expertise for our IA solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions

• Conduct training sessions for customers and field service technicians

• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions

• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience in project management and execution

• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
