Technical Solution Consultant – Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for Life Sciences

Projects & Automation Solutions (PAS): Advanced process control software and outcome-based solutions and enterprise performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Solution consulting engagements will be targeted towards both external customers and internal stakeholders in direct support of customer’s needs.

+ Help Honeywell teams understand and develop effective product messaging, end user product requirements and product value propositions.

+ Help customers confidently understand product capabilities, product value and product integration within customer workflows and in direct support of customers strategic initiatives.

+ Drive cross-functional alignment to support customer sale and decision process, participating in sales pursuit strategy planning, executing product demos, assisting proposal team in right and fast commercial offerings, supporting customer negotiations, order fulfillment and hand-over to customer success team.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $132,000 - $165,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $132,000 - $165,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations. This position is incentive plan eligible.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

+ Have experience in the following Technologies & Processes: Biotech, API, BMS, QBMS, EMS, FDA, IQ, OQ, PQ, Validation, EBR, MES, DCS, Batch Control, SCADA, PLC, MCC, Ethernet Networking, Cyber Security.

+ Have a practical understanding & implementation of relevant standards including GAMP 5, S88, FDA 21 CFR P11/A11.

+ Have industry domain knowledge and expertise around smart machine concepts (Industry 4.0, IIoT) in the Life Sciences Industry.

+ Have experience with technical sales support, direct sales, or sales consultant experience is required. Should be familiar with customer centric selling or equivalent sales process for solution selling.

+ Must also have proven commercial awareness and acumen.

+ Must have implemented or been part of Sales Cycle for at least 2-3 MES projects in last 5 years.

+ Familiarity with AMER Pharma Market and network with Pharma Clients will be an added advantage.

+ 5+ Experience in Life Sciences manufacturing industry (pharma, F&B) and handling Manufacturing Execution System & integration with other systems/packages.

+ 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Sales & Marketing and/or Project Management).

+ 5+ years’ experience with Industrial Software / Digitization solutions.

+ Experience in developing strategic offering roadmap & execution.

+ Experience in Collaborating with cross functional teams (Technology, Design, Engineering, Sales, etc.).

+ In-depth knowledge of Honeywell and competitor offerings.
